BIG DENTS AND ADVANCED TRAINING

Are you a seasoned tech and are have trouble removing those baseball size or larger dents or even basketball size. One of the biggest things we are known for is removing large dents. We have helped techs with 2 to 12 years experience and were able teach them things they haven’t noticed before. Advance Training is a minimum of 1 week.

WHAT DOES BEACH CITIES OFFER

1. At Beach Cities we train one student to one instructor. With three technicians in the shop also acting as instructors you will have plenty of instruction.

2. Also with our video system we can show you with much more understanding and detail what is going on while pushing the metal and how to read the paint.

3. You will learn both small and large dent removal. Large dents being our specialty click on (pictures)

4. Basic understanding how a car is structured and how to place tools around braces, supports and safety beams, remove door panels etc.

5. You will remove dents on a vehicle and learn access points and where / when to drill holes. Yes we drill holes its part of the job.

6. When your training is complete you will receive a certificate of completion and lifetime technical support.

BASIC TRAINING BREAK DOWN

 Training period is for 2 weeks. With a relaxed and no pressure atmosphere.

 Days are 7hrs with breaks.

 We will see how good your natural ability is at removing dents then start training: all hands on, Finding your tool in the dent, reading highs and lows. This type of training will be ongoing throughout you’re your time spent here.

 How to access panels, how to use braces to your advantage.

 Where, when, why and how to drill holes.

 Tool placement and when to use a specific tool.

 End of the first week we start large dents.

 Everyday you will be tested on removing a quarter size dent too monitor your progress.

WHAT QUALIFIES BEACH CITIES TO TRAIN

Jeff Magill, owner of Beach Cities PDR, has many years of automotive experience. Having been an auto technician for over 10years and dent repair since 1996 Jeff knows his way around cars. With the reputation Beach Cites has built for itself doing what we call custom dent repair. We’ve been able to work on: Golfstream G5 aircraft, a Satellite built by NASA, Chip Foose and the Overhaulin Team, Hail storms throughout the country and Mexico etc. He is also very familiar with the body shop method of repair; a process that involves grinding, bondo and repainting of the panel. This process is more expensive and takes much more time.
